I want to repair a metal fireguard. Is Brummer heat proof and can I use it
on metal?
Brummer Yellow Label is indeed heat proof and will withstand temperatures up to
90 degrees Centigrade.
It
is ideal for the type of repair job you describe (it’s good for
mantelpieces or fire surrounds too) and works equally well on wood or
most metals but, when using with metal, always remember to carry out a
test on a sample area first.
